At The Energetic Facialist, every appointment is more than a time slot—it’s a sacred exchange of energy, intention, and preparation. Your session is reserved exclusively for you, and the time leading up to it is thoughtfully curated to ensure the highest level of care, presence, and readiness.

As a small, high-touch studio that operates by appointment only, each reservation directly impacts our ability to serve all clients with consistency and excellence. While life occasionally brings the unexpected, honoring this policy helps maintain a harmonious flow for everyone—ensuring that your spot, and those on the waitlist, are respected equally.

Policies are not about punishment; they are about partnership. They allow The Energetic Facialist to continue offering an elevated level of service, to protect the time and energetic preparation devoted to your care, and to sustain the integrity of this work long term.

⇊ Cancellation Policy ⇊

We kindly ask that all reschedules or cancellations be made at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 65% fee of the service total. This fee cannot be refunded or applied toward future appointments under any circumstances.

No-Show Policy:

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full 100% service fee will be charged. This amount is non-refundable and cannot be applied to future bookings.

All policy fees must be paid in full before rescheduling or booking any future appointments. The Energetic Facialist reserves the right to decline future bookings if issues persist.

Retail Credit Option:

Clients who incur a late cancellation fee are eligible to apply the total sum of the policy fee toward a retail purchase made within the same business day of their cancelled appointment—or within the 48-hour late cancellation window.

After this window, the cancellation fee will be automatically charged to the card on file and cannot be applied toward retail or future services.

Late Arrivals:

Please plan to arrive on time so that your experience can be enjoyed in full.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically forfeited. At 16 minutes past the scheduled time, the service will be canceled, and a deposit will be required to secure any future bookings.
